public interface GemCEIDExportInterface

This interface is implemented only by GemCEID and is used by OPC (and possibly other) code to prevent the GemCEID and all dependecies from being pulled into the OPC implementation. Any OPC server that needs an instance of this interface will be related to a SECS deployment and so will have the GemCEID available.
