extends SecsDataStructure

Command Parameter Value. Used in S2F41,F42,F49, F50, S4F21,F29, S16F5. This object can contain any SecsFormat Object except a list (SecsFormat00). This is a Format 10,11,20,21,3(),4(),5() data structure
